#onelinewednesday: Curse Bound

Sometimes in this life called “adventuring,” the struggles can feel overwhelming.

I’ve been there a lot this past year and think it’s why I was so emotional at the ending of J.L. Mbewe’s Curse Bound.

These characters went through so much darkness. Sometimes literally, sometimes figuratively. There were many times I doubted that anyone would survive or if they did, would they even complete their quest with success?

So many wonderings, doubt, questions.

Sort of like life, right?

We don’t always know the end outcome of a situation, but we know we can still have faith and hope.

Quotes like these that remind me that my hope is never fully hopeless, that I keep having faith no matter how dark things may be or feel.

Stay strong, friend! We’re in this together. <3
